Tamar Bridge closed to high-sided vehicles, ferries down to one, as wind batters Plymouth
The Tamar Bridge has been closed to high-sided vehicles, caravans and motorbikes because of high winds.
There is only one ferry operating across the Torpoint meaning there are delays of up to an hour.

The A390 in Gunnislake is also closed after a lorry overturned.
The wind has already seen the cancellation of the stage entertainment and official switch-on of Plymouth's Christmas lights tonight.
It comes after a day of heavy rain yesterday flooded a number of roads and properties, seriously disrupting traffic across the city.
Buses and trains were also badly disrupted.
The Environment Agency and Met Office have weather and flood warnings in place for Plymouth today.
Up to 60mm or 5ins of rain is forecast for some areas - with 50 flood warnings in place across the South West,
