The winners were announced at a ceremony at County Hall at the weekend after a week of elections held at schools, colleges and youth centres.
Eighteen candidates stood for election in the three areas – nine in West Cornwall, six in Mid Cornwall and three in East Cornwall.
About 4,000 votes were cast.
Cornwall holds Youth Parliament elections every two years. Candidates are recruited through schools, colleges, youth projects, and other youth organisations.
