Plymouth man Chris Stewart captured video of the lightning strike on Monday night which left a church badly damaged.

The storm on Monday night saw lightning hit Pillaton Church, blasting a hole in the roof.
The hailstorms left the A38 coated in a thick layer of ice which played a part in 10 cars crashing.
