VIDEO: Police seize 100 cannabis plants from bedroom of Plymouth House
POLICE have found around 100 cannabis plants in Prince Rock.
It is understood the discovery of the small cannabis farm in a first floor bedroom of a mid-terraced house was made by an officer who was investigating a linked incident.
The Herald has learned the officer had arrested two people at an address in the area of Bilbury Street and was making further inquiries at a property in Embankment Road, close to its junction with Stenlake Terrace.
As the officer entered the property a man is understood to have fled out of the back. He is being hunted by police.

Inside the house police found a bedroom which contained the plants, each around one foot high, in pots sat on two single bed bases.
Bright growing lights were suspended over the plants and large tubes of venting were in place to remove the heat and smell generated.
A large plastic sheet had also been strung across the wooden door of the room in an attempt to mask the smell.
Scene of Crime Officers carried out a forensic examination of the house yesterday and members of the Targeted Policing Team seized property from the house, including vents, fans, lighting and the plants. Around 200 blue tablets were also found at the house and are being tested.
Officers also seized a large purpose-built extraction fan and box housing which had been found in the kitchen.
A police spokesman said: "This is a significant find for Plymouth. We value information from the public. It really helps bringing people to justice."
Anyone with information about the incident should call police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 quoting police log number 341 of 14/6/12.
