Vandals spray cars with paint in Plymouth attack
VANDALS targeted two cars in a Devonport street, hurling pots of paint over the bodywork.
The victims awoke on Wednesday morning to find their cars splattered by different coloured paints.
Police believe the two cars, parked in James Street, were targeted sometime between 6.20pm on October 16 and 5.40am the following morning.
A grey Vauxhall Corsa saw its roof, bonnet, front nearside and windscreen covered in cream and blue pain, causing around £1,000 damage. The vandals left empty paint pots at the scene.

A blue Mazda nearby was also targeted with blue and lime paint causing around £150 damage.
Police have carried out house to house inquiries and are keen to hear from anyone who may have information about the incidents.

“Dan_Spartan - annoying does not cover it. The cost to the car owner and/or his insurance company is ridiculously high as the garage will hike up the price for and insurance job. This will push his premium up and indirectly affect the premiums of all the other owners insured with that company as they spread the cost around. As for "a bit of fun" well blond13 answered that.”
