Taxi driver accused of using drain cover to look into woman's shower
A CZECH taxi driver who is accused of spying on a woman taking a shower at a city health club has been sent to Crown court for trial.
Michal Kostka, aged 36, faced a district judge at Plymouth Magistrates' Court charged with voyeurism at the Fort Stamford club in Plymstock.

Kostka, of Mannamead Road, denied observing a person doing a private act without their consent for sexual gratification on December 14. He is alleged to have used a reflective aluminium drain cover as a mirror to look into an adjacent cubicle to observe a woman showering.
Kostka, speaking through a Czech interpreter, elected for his trial to be heard at Plymouth Crown Court.
District judge Paul Farmer directed him to appear before a judge on May 10 and released him on bail on condition that he reports to a police station once a week and does not enter the changing rooms of leisure centres or health clubs.
