Warrant as accused fails to appear
A COURT has ordered the arrest of a man who failed to turn up for a hearing.
District judge William Tate issued a warrant not backed with bail for 29-year-old Colin Bull.
Bull was due at Plymouth Magistrates' Court on charges of possessing an offensive weapon, threatening behaviour and failing to answer bail. Bull, of Lynher House, Devonport, had earlier admitted having a knuckle duster in George Street, Devonport, on October 21.
But he has denied a charge of threatening behaviour on the same occasion.
Bull has also admitted failing to answer bail by not attending court on October 29.
