Watermelon carving celebrates Tom Daley's greatest Janner achievement
A 17-YEAR-OLD catering trainee has shown her carving skills to help celebrate Tom Daley being named the greatest ever Janner.
Radka Horka, who is on work placement at the Zucca restaurant in Sutton Harbour, spent 12 hours carving the diver's name – and The Herald's logo – into two watermelons.
"Radka is here from the Czech Republic and carving is part of her course," said Zucca boss Edmond Davari. "The detail in them is phenomenal.
"We are so proud of her; she clearly has a bright future ahead of her."

Olympic medalist Tom Daley was unveiled as the greatest ever Janner yesterday, after an overwhelming vote.
The Olympian said: "Some people might be embarrassed to be called a Janner but I'm not. I'm proud to be one – I love it."
