Westcountry legal talent is praised in industry 'Bible'
Westcountry professionals have been praised in the latest edition of Chambers UK– the legal sector's industry 'Bible'.
The South West chapter of the 2012 guide looks at sectors ranging from agriculture through to tax, ranking firms and individuals for their performance. The guide is revered because of the in depth research that is involved in its composition, with research, including thousands of telephone and face-to-face meetings with clients and other law firms, taking place over a six month period.
Although the South West chapter is inevitably dominated by larger, Bristol-based firms, Westcountry lawyers have again put up a strong showing. Bond Pearce have 40 firm rankings, a third of which are in the top tier. They have 70 lawyers ranked.
Foot Anstey have 20 firm rankings, with 30 lawyers ranked.
