Wheel comes off lorry on A38 at Marsh Mills
The A38 in Plymouth is partially blocked after a HGV lost one of its wheels.
The lorry came to rest bedside the A38 on the flyover at Marsh Mills at 9:40am.

Debris was left on the carriageway and the Highways Agency have been called to clear the scene.
