Woman in 20s knocked unconscious with punch to back of her head
Detectives in Tavistock are looking for witnesses to an assault which left a woman in her twenties unconscious.
The victim was walking in Monksmead in the town at about 6.40 p.m. on Monday 21 January 2012 when she was hit on the back of the head by a single blow. She lost consciousness and fell to the ground.

Officers have been carrying out house to house enquiries and are appealing to anyone who may have seen the incident or who was in the area before 6.40 p.m. to contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 quoting crime reference JT/13/87.
