Woman denies wounding charge
AN ERNESETTLE woman is to face trial next year after denying attacking a man.
Theresa Fryer, aged 24, of Hawkinge Gardens, denied a charge of wounding Kenneth Mace with intent to do him grievous bodily harm on August 25.
Fryer, who was remanded in custody at Plymouth Crown Court by Judge Paul Darlow, is due to face trial on February 10, 2010.
