Women are real Super Troopers at keeping fit
A GROUP of women have been making waves with their keep fit display to the strains of Abba.
Plymouth Keep Fit Association, made up of 20 ladies aged between 50 and 82, has been invited to perform at festivals right across the region.

Wearing red dresses and leotards, they do a routine to the song Super Trooper.
Group leader Dell Cann said that the ladies were to perform at a festival in Exeter.
She said: "They have worked really hard and have been invited to perform at different places. I am really proud of them."
