Among their starting XV are 12 players who have all tasted first-team action.
Albion will be captained by Ross Allan, who will play centre alongside Keni Fisilau.
Wihan Neethling – who is still trying to prove his fitness in a bid to earn a new contract – is on the right wing.
On the opposite wing is Darren Ritchie, with Nat Saumi, Matt Newman, Gareth Evans, Ryan Hopkins, Ed King, Jamie Tripcony, Danny Thomas and Tom Hobbs also all starting.
Kieran Hallett, who joined Albion from Ulster in the summer, will play full-back.
Despite naming a strong-looking side, Albion are sure to be tested by a Bay side who gained promotion to National Division Two last season.
The Cornish outfit are expected to include Brett Stroud, Tim Mathias and Dan Hawkes in their starting line-up – all former Albion players who left the club over the summer.
Joining them in the Bay squad will be another ex-Plymouth player, Fraser Cliverd.
While another player who will feature is former Hawick scrum-half Greg Goodfellow, who looked set for a move to Albion this summer before moving to Bay.
Dawe admitted tomorrow's clash would be a tough one for Albion, but he feels it is one his side need with the start of the new National Division One season a little under a week away.
"Mounts Bay are a club who have been on a high for a number of years what with their successive promotions," said Dawe.
"And there is no reason to think that they won't do well again this season.
"Both the Mounts Bay game on Sunday and tomorrow's match against Neath are extremely hard games.
"But they are the right matches for the players to be involved in."
