The 18-year-old has already played at the home of English rugby when he represented Devon in the final of the County Championship against Yorkshire in June.
Jenkins, who played for Plymouth Albion's development team the Westcountry Warriors last season, has been a spectator at the tournament for the last two years.
"The first year I went Danny Cipriani was the star of the show and scoring tries for fun," said Jenkins.
"Playing with and against international players will be a real buzz."
