Tom Jarvis, George Griffiths, Greg Nicholls, James Tideswell and Arthur Brenton will all start the match, with lock Brenton named skipper for the encounter.
Joining them in the starting line-up will be Canadian international winger Justin Mensah-Coker.
Mensah-Coker was yesterday unveiled by the club – alongside Tongan scrum-half David Palu – as their latest new signings.
On the bench will be ex-Waterloo fly-half Alex Davies, who is currently training with the club.
He is joined by Ryan Hopkins, who rejoined Albion from Nottingham in the summer, and former Mounts Bay hooker Jamie Salter.
Dawe believes today's clash with Neath will provide him with a good opportunity to judge his players ahead of the start of the new National Division One season.
Neath have already played three pre-season matches and they recorded a superb 43-19 victory over English Premiership side Saracens earlier this month.
Today's match is preparation for Albion for the visit of Coventry next Saturday in the league.
Plymouth and Neath have met for the past four seasons with Albion taking the honours last year, 30-10, at The Gnoll.
"Neath had a good win over Saracens and I am sure they will be determined to put in a good performance up here," said Dawe.
"Last year, when we played them away, we produced one of our better performances of the season.
"I would like to see us repeat that performance again tomorrow.
"Neath are a good side and they have got a good track record.
"They are very streetwise and they have one or two established players.
"James Merriman is one player who we will have to look out for.
"But it is a game to judge players by.
"You have just got to find out how your team is going to perform tactically, skills and fitness wise ahead of the start of the league season."
Tickets for the match are priced £10 adults with children under 16 £1.
