The intention was for four of the six seats on the PASB to be decided in a general ballot, and one each from female and under-25 categories.
However, there were no applicants for the female and under-25s categories, so all six seats on the supporters' board will be filled from the general ballot.
Meanwhile, a meeting of the various Argyle supporters' groups has been scheduled for Saturday, July 28 at Home Park.
The aim of this meeting, which will be chaired by Professor David Wheeler, will be to debate and agree the allocation of six supporters' groups seats on the PASB.
Argyle club president Chris Webb said: "The PASB represents a unique opportunity for Argyle supporters and is one which we must grasp with both hands.
"Supporters are truly at the heart of our great club now and the PASB will play a vital part in influencing and shaping the future of Plymouth Argyle."
