Friday, November 21, 2008, 13:46
The 1970s Bonwitco 12ft leisure boat was kept at Clovelly Bay Marine, Plymouth Yacht Haven in Shaw Way, Turnchapel, but some time between 4pm on November 10 and 6pm on November 13 it was taken.
The dashboard of the boat has three new black toggle switches inside a plastic surround. The top part of the cabin is described as being in new PVC with a white finish and the hull of the boat is two-toned in beige and dark red.
It was on a home-made silver trailer with the name 'Junior' on the underside of the trailer.
Also stolen with the boat was a Mercury 40hp oil-injection outboard engine. It showed signs of use and had a blue horizontal line going through the top part of the engine.
Anyone with information about the current whereabouts of the boat should call police on 08452 777444 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 quoting crime reference number EK/08/1151.
