“If they get rid of warden of Marlborough House, and wardens from other blocks,
all hell will let loose.
There will be rubbish ac***ilating in corridors,There will be items of large waste dumped in corridors ie old fridges and cookers ect, people such as druggies , alchoholics, and people with dogs ect will be able to enter unchallenged, so what would be the point of the security ,intercom doors at the front of the building.
It would cause residents to confront other neighbour themselves resulting in fights, they really havn't though this through as usual.
Without the wardens it poses a great threat to residents, and the security of the buildings.
It will be a big mistake, and it would be more costly to the council in the long run.
I hope, upon hope, that this will not happen.”

“I want to say, that Plymouth have come up "Tops" for the recycling and refuse at Chelson meadow. I find the experience uplifting, every time I have to go there. Being slightly disabled, it is so good to have men with smiles, willing to help you empty your car. Thank you Boys.
Congratulations, where due, Plymouth, you have delivered the goods.”
