    “Don't know who you are but you must be a teacher, the point is the school is not a school it is a referal center but. Are son. Has been their for 3 years with no statement done which Is a big fail starigth away and sending him home when they feel like it is againts the law when they don't inform the parent know-ng dam well we are at work to, yes my english. Is poor but that don't interfear with My works but when you send your child school and come back and can't even write or read at the age of 14 the school or what ever it is, so their must be issue”

    “What on earth are you talking about? Your child is there for a reason - why weren't they in a mainstream school, why were they thrown out?”

    “he is their for a reason as everyone is, but the main course of action at referal centre is to get them back into mainstream school where teachers are not key stage 1-3 which is in the referal centre in my eyes they should of had a statement when he arrived due to his age when he arrived at the referal they aim is to get them back in main stream school with in 6 months he has been with them for 3 years no statement done we have more involment with the TA that is their it is a hoilday for those presant at that school (REFERAL) IT IS NOT A SCHOOL”

    Agree on what has been said
    Forward the document to the Local Authority and solicitor if you have one”
