“This makes an interesting comparison with the GMC who are insisting on bringing a GP Dr Richard Scott with bowel cancer to explain why he shared his Christian faith with a patient. The patient having complained has opted to not present himself publicy to give evidence. The GMC have told him he can give evidence privately possibly by telephone, which seems bending excessively to encourage the complainant. The point here is that the GP is a sick man, but is being forced to face this ordeal. the courts in this case have seen fit to accept the defendant's situation. The decision in this case makes the GMC SEEM particularly brutal.”

“There is no excuse for abusing the young or elderly - his victim/s will be carrying a life sentence of pain- anger- and in some instances Shame. This animal must answer to the courts and his victim/s for what has passed. No colour-creed-or illness should prevent this.

One has to wonder if he gave his victim/s the same compassion whilst begging to be left alone?

If your big enough to do the crime your guilty enough to do the time!”

“If he's guilty, rush it through the court and lock him up for the duration of the sentence or till he dies. That's the law.”
