    “This is dreadful isn't it? If you have been off work 'sick' since 2011, it's surely time to get professional help I'd think. Are you a union member? They should take up your case, failing that, go to a solicitor, they certainly will. The NHS are treating you unfairly, causing you embarrassment, stress and doubt about your future career, I'm sure it could be sorted out legally.”

    “Thankyou Soulteacher, the union have been involved from the start, but do not seem to be progressing at all. There have been constant delays and postponements and it is with regret that I am now pursuing this legally. I am not prepared to just walk away from my job and pension without a fight but after such a long and very draining battle it is the only option left.
    Why people cannot be judged by there work and not by there colour, religion, sexual preference etc is beyond my comprehension. Why the health service should be so far behind in this is even further from my understanding.
    Not having enough nurses on a ward to provide the care is an absolute disgrace.”
