Plymouth model is face of Max Factor
Mecia Simson, who strutted her way to victory on TV show Britain's Next Top Model, is fronting a new festive advertising campaign for Max Factor in Superdrug stores.
The promotional shoot was one of the prizes she was awarded after clinching the modelling competition earlier this year. Mecia also graced the cover of Company fashion magazine in August and has been signed to Models1 model agency.
"The shoot was really good fun and great to do," said the 19-year-old former Plymstock School student.
"It was a really exciting thing to do, especially because I knew it would be used in Superdrug."
And the Hartley model, who has since moved to London to pursue her career, said she was surprised to see her face in the cosmetic shop.
"I didn't know that the campaign was on until a friend told me so I walked into a Superdrug and there were pictures of me all over the walls," she said.
The Max Factor shoot has been launched in time for Christmas and shows Mecia wearing smouldering dark eye makeup.
