Brook hat-trick helps Lakeside to thumping victory
REIGNING champions Lakeside Athletic carried on their good form with a fine 8-1 victory over Kings Tamerton SC thanks to goals coming from Danny Brook (3), Brad Yeo (2), Rob Stephens (2) and Adam Carter.
The Navy Inn kept up their fine run of form with a 4-1 victory over Seymour Arms.
Chris Maskill, Lance Easton and a brace from Craig Roberts gave them all three points.
Devonport A had a fine 3-2 win over Packfirst Removers.
Wembury Rovers and Mermaid Villa Efford shared the spoils in an entertaining game played at Wembury with Ben Edmondson scoring for Mermaid.
Mainstone Sports and Social club had a good win by beating St Johnstone 6-0. Morley Arms tasted defeat when they were beaten 4-1 by Modbury.
DIVISION TWO
TABLE-toppers Bluebird FC carried on their rich vein of form by beating Devonport B 14-0 with goals coming from Ryan Honey (4), Levi Landricombe (3),S Matthews, Clarke (2), Ryan Tuckwell, Martin Landricombe, Kettle and Neil Kinsman.
Second-placed Windmill FC also hit 14 as they beat Domino FC with Ryan Fice leading the attack due to an injury to star striker Shane Reynolds.
Windmill's goals came from Tom Rapson (2), Fice (5), Darren Parr, Shane Powell, Joe Smith, Sam Finn, Shane Ardis and two from Brad Richardson.
The Exchange had a good 7-1 victory over Barnes United. Walkhampton lost their first game of the season to Cobra FC 2-1.
Dartmoor Pumas travelled to Chaddlewood and came away with a excellent 12-3 victory.
FC Duke lost 3-2 to Morley Arms and the final game in this division saw Lamorna Keltic gain a fine 4-2 victory over Twenty Nine FC
