A spirited display by Plymouth, with only 11 players available, leaves them three points behind Cheltenham.
Devizes took an early lead before Plymouth responded through player-coach Nick Clooke and Tom Honey to lead 2-1.
After the break Honey and Clooke both completed a brace, and leading marksman Lewis Waitt added the finishing touch.
Clooke said: "The team really worked hard and pulled through with flying colours."
Plymouth Marjon women moved to the top of the Women's Premier Division Two after a 3-0 win at Bath Buccs 2.

Plymouth Marjon men A threw away a 3-1 second-half lead to draw 3-3 with Torbay.

Two late goals by Torbay denied Plymouth the three points.
