Dane Cook: I'm so insecure

Dane Cook has admitted that he isn't always filled with confidence when it comes to relationships.

"I'm so insecure," he says.

"I think, that even if I get a slight hint that it might not be working out, I just abort. I just pull the ripcord because I just don't want to get hurt."

But Dane, who stars in upcoming romantic comedy My Best Friend's Girl alongside Kate Hudson and Jason Biggs, reckons he knows how to treat a lady.

"I have four sisters, so everything about my upbringing was about how to treat a woman and the things that girls really like, and the simple things that are the way to a woman's heart," he says.

"I like to think I'm a romantic but not quite hopeless. Have I ever been pathetic over a woman? Oh yeah."
