Monday, September 08, 2008, 15:33

STAFF at the Plymouth Body Shop are preparing to host a major charity coffee morning at the city store.

They are hosting an event for Macmillan Cancer Support's World's Biggest Coffee Day on September 26, a cause supported at the Amanda Way shop for the last three years.

On the day they will be offering mini makeovers and a coffee to customers for a suggested donation of £3. There will also be face painting for children.

Cathy Bowley, from Macmillan Cancer Support, said: "We are very grateful to the Body Shop, not only for holding a coffee morning but also for their kindness in supporting the Mustard Tree and those living with cancer."

For anyone who would like to hold a coffee morning on or near to Friday, September 26 it is not too late to register. Call the charity on 0845 6021246 or go to www.macmillan.org.uk/coffee.
