FOR Ian Preston, the chance to climb on to the property ladder at popular PL2 in Plymouth was just too good to miss.

They then have to find the remaining 80 per cent of the price themselves, made up of the mortgage and deposit.
"It was the perfect way for me to try and start building up equity in a home of my own. And I jumped at the chance to buy the two-bedroom Longaford."
