“I would like to tell all who read this that the service, food and the whole establishment cant be beaten. Nothing is ever to much trouble, we used to use another Indian but this one was suggested to us. On arrival we were greeted by the manager who I must say was very polite and helpful, we were shown to our table where we ordered our drinks which arrived within a few minutes. Browsing the menu I noticed that meat samozas were not on the menu, I called over the manager and asked if it would be possible to have them as a starter and to our delight it was no problem. The place was rather busy and we waited around 10-15 mins for the starters and they were totally out of this world, we have never had meat samozas so tasty before.
Our main course consisted of a korma , tikka and a gohst lamb dish, very very tasty all of them and the saga loo and keema bread are a must. This place is in a small village in Plymouth and believe me it is well worth the visit, I will personally guarantee you will return. Many thanks for a lovely meal and carry on the great work all at Cafe Indya. Nick (Mr Shake Hands)”

“Got to admit .... been to them all in Plymouth and others in the country . What you get is the usual if you want it , but the more unusual and other choices of Indian food and flavours you do not get in the "traditional" Indian restraunts that we are accustomed to . ”

“I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. The ambience, staff, excellent food, what more can I say. An evening out in Stoke Village would not be complete without popping in and enjoying the best curry in Plymouth, I highly recommend the Chicken Patia, this is my favourite curry and is always cooked to perfection. Our meal on Saturday 5th May was excellent. If you like curry then you need to make a trip to this lovely indian.”
