HAVING posted a letter in Plymouth on the morning of February 22 with a first class stamp, it arrived in Worcester on March 2.

On February 25 I posted a letter with a first class stamp which arrived in London on March 3. On February 25 a firm in Folkestone posted a letter to me and I am still waiting to receive it. I feel Royal Mail is a sinking ship, destroyed by high-salaried managers. This was once regarded as a first class service. If you ring Royal Mail, they tell customers we have to wait 15 working days to lodge a complaint. What a laugh!
