THREE men who assaulted a man at Plymouth Pavilions are due to be sentenced by a judge at Plymouth Crown Court today.

Stephen Arghyrou, Robert Jones, both aged 28, and 25-year-old Jack Jones admitted attacking Jonathan Badham on November 2 last year. Robert Jones, of St George's Avenue, Beacon Park, admitted maliciously wounding Mr Badham.

Arghyrou, of the same address, and Jack Jones, of Lynher Street, St Budeaux, admitted assaulting him causing actual bodily harm.

All three men were due to go on trial having denied an alternative charge of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent.
