Fire tackled for more than 24 hours
A FARM fire near Plymouth kept emergency services busy for more than 24 hours at the weekend.
Crews from six fire stations were called out to the blaze in a farm house at Wrangaton, near Ivybridge.
Nobody was injured by crews were alerted following a 999 call at around 8.10pm on Saturday.
A spokesman from Plympton Fire Station said firefighters based there worked on the blaze from 9pm on Saturday night to around 2am on Sunday morning to support crews from elsewhere in the county.
