AN EFFORD man is to face two trials in October and November on separate charges.

Ashley Pring faces a two-day trial on October 18 after denying aggravated burglary of a house in Latimer Walk, Southway, on April 4 with another man.

It is alleged they stole jewellery, computer games and cash while armed with screwdrivers, a knife and a claw hammer.

Pring, aged 24 and of Channel Park Avenue, also denies possessing a bladed article, for which he faces a one-day trial on November 16. He was remanded in custody by Judge Paul Darlow, but is expected to apply for bail in the near future.
